MSC skiers, save March 17 to 23, 2024 for a spring ski trip to Big Sky with the ULLR Ski, Bike and Social Club. ULLR trip chairs Maril Barnard and Kate Casserly are planning a trip that will check many of what skiers like on a ski trip:
- 5,850 total skiable acres
- 400 inches of powder average per year
- 2,300 acres of beginner and intermediate terrain
- 4,350 vertical feet of skiing
- Ski lifts with heated seats and bubbles
- Tram to the top (ride up/ride down)
- Resort shuttle to shopping and restaurants
- Snowshoe, cross-country, zip line
- Discounted lift tickets
- Up to 5 days of skiing
- Lodging with an outdoor pool and hot tubs

On average, over 400 inches of snow fall on Big Sky Resort annually. Upper Rocky Mountain snow is cold, dry, fluffy, and stays good for days. Big Sky is known for getting consistent snowfall throughout the winter, and it only takes a couple of inches to give the mountain a refresh.
Navigate the mountain via the most technologically advanced lift network in North America—from Ramcharger 8’s heated seats and weatherproof bubbles to Swift Current 6’s unprecedented speed as the fastest chairlift in North America. With four bubble chairlifts in total, warm-up breaks and cross-mountain traverses don’t have to interrupt your day.
The trip cost of $1,993 (Land Only $1,393) includes: roundtrip airfare to Bozeman & bus to Big Sky; lodging at Huntley Lodge in the Mountain Village with 2 per room, remarkable daily breakfast buffet, ski valet, and luggage handling; Pre-trip party and Welcome party.
Payment schedule: $800 due at signup, $500 due 9/1/23, $693** due 12/1/23
